Моroz O. Institutional fundamentals of agrarian economics development

The object of research: socio-economic institutes in the agrarian economy of Ukraine. The purpose of research: development of theoretical bases and practical recommendations of development of agrarian economy on the basis of the use of potential of institute factors of stabilization. Methods: dialectical and history, analysis and synthesis; comparisons, groupment, economic analysis and model, macro systems analysis, graphic, sociological questioning, fuzzy sets. Theoretical and practical results: the developed theoretical bases and practical recommendations with the purpose of rise of socio-economic efficiency of agrarian policy on the basis of the use of potential of institute factors of stabilization. Scientific novelty: The methodological-theoretical fundamentals of the model of institutional development of agrarian economics in Ukraine are formulated in the dissertation. In this connection the urgent tasks and basic ways of providing the socio-economic efficiency of agrarian policy whichare based on the use of potential of the institutional system of agrarian socium are grounded for the first time from the position of historical dynamics and institutional evolution of development. The institutional character of conformities of problems and ways of agrarian reforms implementation in Ukraine as a global public process of institutional development based on the ideology of forming and deepening of market relations is determined. The methodological and methodical bases of institutional analysis of evaluation of efficiency and modeling of socio-economic processes in agriculture are presented. The conception of system-integration model of enterprise according to which the main role in generation, incubation and fixing of institutional innovations belongs to the agricultural enterprises is grounded. Practical interpretation of the research results allowed to ground the basic ways of amendment and increase of the agrarian policy efficiency aimed at the priority development of market institutes, innovative ways of development and perfection of administrative model at the postindustrial stage of AIC. Degree of introduction: Positions of dissertation are used for development of the program of perspective development of AIC of Vinnitsa region; in the process of scientific ground of subsequent reformative measures with the purpose of stabilization of agrarian economy of Tarashanskiy region, and agricultural enterprises; and also in the educational process. Effectiveness: scientific positions and practical recommendations I can be a base for the decision of theoretical and practical problems of socio-economic development of agriculture of Ukraine, and also rise of efficiency of agrarian policy on the reforming stage of development of APK.
