Zhuikov G. The innovation bases of economics-ecological strategy of effective development of irrigated farming in the new conditions of management

Object of research - system of an irrigation farming of Ukraine and, in particular its ingredients: character and structure of manufacture, its resource potential, a regime of an irrigation and fertilizer, social, economic and ecological factors, use land and water resources in conditions of an irrigation with the count of regional nature-economic features of agroindustrial manufacture. The purpose of research - working out theoretical-conceptual bases of innovative strategy of development of an irrigation farming in modern conditions and substantiation of economic-ecological approaches of its functioning in conditions of poor and nonresistant natural humidifying in southern regions of Ukraine. Methods of research - monographic, economic- statistical, index, correlationary-retrogressionary, modelling, settlement-constructive, economic-power. Theoretical and practical results of investigation - are proved new methodical approaches on optimization of development, definition of efficacious and perspectivedirections of use of irrigated lands in market conditions, are determined the basic organizational-economic, agrotechnological and ecological factors of an effective utilization land and water resources, are formulated philosophy of application of innovative technologies and ways of conducting industrial activity and its comprehensive ecologization in an irrigation farming. Scientific novelty - is developed economic-ecological strategy of efficacious development of an irrigation farming in modern conditions, and also the mechanism of an introduction of a complex of innovative bases in rural and a water economy, are formulated the bases principles and model of management by ecologization of an irrigation farming with wide application economic, including market levers. Degree of an introduction - results of work and the offers to production are introduced by State Committee of Water Economics of Ukraine, Management of channels of Ingulets' sprinkling system, Central administrative board of agroindustrial development of the Kherson region.
