Peculiarities of the pathogenetical mechanisms of premature aging and esthetic changes of the facial and neck tissues were studied.Peculiarities of the morphologic and immunohystochemic changes of facial and neck tissues were studied. It made it possible to define markers of aging intensity in patients from different age groups and to choose the appropriate tactics of the complex surgical treatment, as well as the methods for complication prognosis and prophylactics. The application of the developed algorhythm optimized the surgical treatment of the patients, improved the treatment results and decreased the frequency of complications
