Kokhanovska O. Civil law problems of informational relations in Ukraine.

The dissertation contains a comprehensive analysis of general theoretical and practical problems concerning the conception, regulation and defense of informational relations in Ukraine along with the development of the substantiated suggestions and recommendations regarding the improvement and effective use of legal regulations in the sphere of informa-tional relations. The idea and general theoretical interpretation of information as a new object of the civil law is investigated into, as well as the author's doctrinal and legislated conceptions of informational relations in law and the position of informational rights in Ukrainian law and legislation systems. A definition of information in the civil law, civil and informational leg-islation is given along with the author's classification of information and informational rela-tions in civil law. An author's view of new, currently forming, inter-branch institute of civil law known as "Informational Law", as well as its general structure and contents issug-gested. Grounds for informational relations rise, their subject composition and contents in civil law are determined. Peculiar properties of the acts of implementation of informational rights and fulfilling the informational duties in civil law are revealed, the fundamental means of protection of informational rights in civil law are investigated. The tendency of development of informational security system based on the means of civil law methods is revealed.
