Essay

The dissertation work is devoted to solution and implementation of very important scientific and technical problem related to the environmental safety enhancement of technogecanically dangerous objects. The strategy of decision making process in the system of the environmental impacts assessment of planned activity was offered. The scientific basis of procedures and process stages sequence of the environmental impacts assessment of technogecanically dangerous objects was given. The theoretic grounds of environmental information databases were developed for the assessment of environmental changes under the influence of proposed activity. The expert mathematic models of environmental expertise were proved and the territorial units environmental safety technique was developed to include environmental and technogeochemical situation modeling under the influence of technogecanically dangerous objects predicted impacts.
