loyko L. Ethno-political subjection of national minorities' public organization of Ukraine

The thesis devotes to definition of role and place of public organization of national minorities as subjects of Ukrainian ethno politic. Object of research is ethno political measuring of civil society formation in Ukraine. Object of research is ethno-political subjection of national minorities' public organization of Ukraine. The thesis proving that Renaissance of ethnical identification can take place at the same time with transformation of ethnic fragments of society into one ethno social and ethno political organism which is civil society and organic part of this society is national-&-cultural corporation. The evolution of Ukrainian legislation (on the background of international law development) in question of legalization of ethno political subjection of ethno national minorities is analyzed and also stages and forms of public organizations institutionalization in Ukraine is considered. It is shown, that development of civil activity of national minorities conducts to a variety of forms of this activity - from mainly cultural up to, on the one hand, multipurpose political, and with another - up to highly specialized professional, demographic. Intraethnic and interethnic integration processes of construction of public institutions, and also the problems connected to politization of these structures are analyzed. However experience of consolidation and coordination of public organizations of the ethnic minority activity, embodying ideas of the interethnic peace and consent, tolerance and polyculture is saved already up.
