3. Object of research – management process of enterprises expenditures in housing pub- lic service economy. The purpose of research is to work out the concept of the formation of the information supply for expenditures management on realized housing public ser- vice. It is necessary to regulate the process of resources consumption and to provide pro- fitability of the enterprises in this field of the economy. Such Methods and apparatus of the research as observations and generalization, scientific abstraction, structure-functional approach, modeling, methods of logical, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and budget methods have been used. The main concept of information supplying of expenditures management of the housing public services economy, the reconstruction of budget finan- cing, methodological and organizational changes in the expenditures recording, the calcu lation succession and the confirmation of economically substantiated rates have been achieved and became theoretical results and novelty. In addition, the expenditures classi- fication on the supplying of services quality, the system of strategic points, the models of Management recording have been also improved. As practical results and novelty, the activity of the enterprises being holding companies, the changing of the aim direction of budget financing, the segment approach to the formation of the information basis for the expenditures management, the models of management recording, internal economic re- cording, standards, all these have been achieved. Scientific principles have been discussed at 18 conferences, which have been published in 35 scientific papers and they have been introduced at 8 enterprises. The sphere of application is the enterprises of housing public service economy.
