Essay

New scientifically based models of the Collaborative Distribute Educational Environment (CDEE) and constructive methods of the program support system have been developed. Moreover, the research and comparative analysis with known models and methods have been conducted. Furthermore, theoretical basis for research on intellectualization of CDEE have been created due to the implementation of organizational ontology and oreintation on the use of Semantic Web and agent-oriented methodologies. In the practical part of this work the combination of two approaches for programming and structuring of software have been examined. The new interpretation of automatic model for the design of DEE network type work and its use for research about optimization of such system management has been built. New model of educational environments' co-operation has been developed as well. New approach has been developed for construction of electronic repositories and testing systems. The new algorithms of determination of the distributed asynchronous system's stop, Boole functions' minimization, determination of graphs isomorphism, distribution of semantic search's activating have been developed. Architecture of the integral Program Support System (PSS) CDEE has been developed. The new model of security has been created. The use of functional approach to the distributing of the Expert Teaching Systems (ETS) has been offered. The use of distributed ETS (CDEE) for construction of PSS DE has been grounded. The agent-component functional model of PSS DE on has been offered and realized. The new effective search method in the distributed knowledge bases has been proposed.
