Object of research: industrial potential of the industrial enterprises. Aim of research: increase of efficiency functioning of the industrial enterprises by construction of the complete concept formation and development of their industrial potential. Methods of research: system approach, economic-mathematical modelling, statistical, normative forecasting, approximation, financial analysis, trend analysis, programming. Results: the developed models of management prognosis scripts formation and development of the industrial potential, the developed method of definition of optimum production programs for absolute (net profit) and relative (production profitability) financial criteria of development of the enterprise. Use: in activity of Department of regional development of Ministry of Economics of Ukraine, Central administrative boards of economy Lviv, Volyn and Zakarpattya RSA, RSPA “GalAvto”, Joint-Stock Company “Svitanok”.
