Bidzjura I. Philosophy of System Reforms in Ukraine at the Threshold of Centuries (Political Analysis).

The thesis is the first special complex research on theory and practice of system reforms in Ukraine in the process of formation of the Ukrainian State, their main stages are determined and distinguished. The content, dynamics and contradictions of systematic thinking of the authorities and civil society are specified. The socio-economic and socio-cultural approaches are coherently realised in the research work while investigating the transformational processes in the personal, social and cultural dimensions, in the relevant social space and historic time. Thus, it provides a good opportunity to apply means, procedures and methods not only in Political Science, but also in Philosophy, Sociology, Economics and other science.
