Behroz H. Evolution of Islamic Law: Theoretical and Comparative Research

Thesis research is devoted to theoretical and comparative analyses of Islamic Law evolution, in which thoroughly and completely the main problems, revealing the basic stages of examined phenomenon development process in accordance with the sense and contents of Islamic Law doctrine, are investigated. Presented research is one of the attempts in which, being based on complex approach combined with modern juridical science methodology, evolution of Islamic Law is analyzed not only in its main historical points but with taking into consideration the substance both with the context of all the changes of geopolitical character, taking place in contemporary society.
