Ivanytska O. The Public Administration of Development of Financial Infrastructure in Ukraine

The object is the development of the financial system of Ukraine and its main component - financial infrastructure, its constituents as well as participants in the conditions of development of the efficient functioning of the market economy. The objective is the development of the theoretical and methodological backgrounds and practical justification of the concept of the essence, directions, and mechanisms of public administration and development of the infrastructure of the developed and transitive economies. The methods are abstract and logical, historical, induction and deduction, systematic, modeling, hierarchies analyses method, graphic, modeling. The newness is that the concept of public administration of the financial infrastructure development has been scientifically proved; the necessity of outlining of the main financial markets, institutions, participants and public bodies that play an important role in the development of the financial system has been defined; the principles of the public administration of the development of the financial infrastructure have been outlined. The results are that the main tasks of the development of the financial system of Ukraine have been defined; the key factors of public administration that influence the development of the international financial infrastructure have been found out; the definition of the main directions of the development of the municipal duties in Ukraine and their usage in order to solve housing problem has been improved.
