Essay

. The objective necessity has been substantiated, and scientific foundations and methods of the complex intensification of the pro- cess and the technology of grinding of wheat and rye grain into flour, have been developed. The new technological diagrams and modes of the systems of scouring and class grinding of wheat and rye grain with application of the new methods of grinding and centrifugal rolling lathe for their realization, have been developed. The developed technologies have been put into practice in indus- try and this approbation has confirmed the validity of the conclu- sions and recommendations and has shown economic expedi- ency of their introduction.
