In a thesis from stands of system approach the methodological approaches to control of pricing in a system of implementation of production of firms of a food-processing industry are detailed. The analysis of the existing approaches to definition of the basic concepts of the theory of pricing is conducted, which one has allowed to straighten out reference directions of advancing of process of acceptance of the price solutions, to locate systems of implementation in definition of a competitive stand of firms of a food-processing industry, to straighten out processes of the substantiation of methods and models of pricing, to describe the factors of influencing internal and environment on process of pricing. The obtained outcomes allow to forecast changes of the price and to execute measures on fastening of market stands of firms.
