Ruzhylo S. The mechanisms of influence of Truskavets's water "Naftussya" on the cardiac and vessels system and working capacity

The investigatoin of 489 patients with abdominal and urological diseases were carried out.Besides the experimental investigation on the rats was carried out too. In out investigations were manifested two opposite types of the hemodynamic reactions - cardiotonic vasodilation and cardiodepression vasoconstrictive. I type is associating with increase of the contractive cardiac activity, sistolic and diastolic functions of the heart, increase glucagon in the plasma. IItype is accompaneing the rise of the common resistance of the vessels, a decrease of the contractive cardiac activity and of the activity ATP-ases. Two types of the hemodynamic reactions depend on pf the initial hemodynamic parameters, vegetative nervous system, elektrolyte and lipid state, the activity ATP-ases and cooperation between they. The method of the statistic analysis "foward stepwise" lets to prognosis the hemodynamic type of the SPA-therapy.
