Cheremisina S. Development of the viticulture and wine-making production in the Crimea: theory, methodology and practice

Research object: sphere of viticulture and vine-making production of the agroindustrial complex AIC of Crimea. The purpose of researches: Development of theoretical and methodological bases of development of viticulture and vine-making production, ground of methods and practical directions of the economy growing of industry in the AIC of Crimea. A working hypothesis about the forward overcoming of negative consequences of transitional economy and necessity of development of the production-economics systems on a new methodological basis served by the start point of research. Methods: Monographic, rows of dynamics, graphic, analysis of situation, comparison, groupment, pair comparisons on the basis of multidimensional comparisons, sociological questioning, eсonomical-matematics analysis and design, matrices-coordinates, computation-structural. Theoretical and practical results: the theoretical aspects of economic category are definite "development" on the example of viticulture and vine-making production; priority directions of stabilization and development are developed; the basic problems of management by viticulture and vine-making industry at a state, regional and production level are definite; directions of development of integration processes in industry are grounded; are improved methodical providing and developed algorithm of economic researches of development of industry; the ways of deepening of processes of innovative activity are definite; the complex program of development of the viticulture ARE Crimea is developed on a prospect to a 2015 year and directions of his financing are grounded. Scientific novelty: complex maintenance of category is considered "development"; the algorithm of conducting of scientific research of viticulture and vine-making production is developed; conception and criteria of estimation of economic responsibility of subjects of manage for the effective use of production potential of industry at a national and regional level is offered, and also at the level of enterprises; the model of government control of scientific-innovative development is developed; the prognosis of level of the combined risk of functioning of the viticulture and vine-making production AIC Crimea is developed. Degree of introduction: research results are used by Ministry of agrarian policy. of Crimea, enterprises and organization of viticulture and vine -making industry of Ukraine. Efficiency: the use of results of research will assist to development of the viticulture and vine-making industry AIC of Crimea, to introduction of new methods and methodical approaches of research and development of industry, development of integration relations, to deepening of innovative activity. Sphere, branch of the use: activity of Ministries of agrarian policy of Ukraine and AIC Crimea, enterprises and unions of industry, type research institutes.
