Marenych T. Transformation and mechanisms of economic control of agricultural enterprises (problems of theory, methodology, practice)

Object of the study is a theory and practice of the shaping and operation varied organizing-legal forms agricultural enterprise, modern and perspective transformational processes in agrarian sphere, system mechanism regularity to economic activity agro shaping, development inwardly economic structures and relations as well as organizing-economic motivation of their realization in interest of the commodity producers. Purpose of the study: is a development conceptual theorist-methodological, methodical and applied basis to following transformation agricultural enterprise, shaping the system mechanism regularity for ensuring their efficient operation in condition developing market, which promotes constant extended reconstitution, competitiveness, constantly rising motivations of the commodity producers. Theoretical and practical results: deepen and enrich the knowledge of the problem of the shaping the rational production structures in agricultures, allow to define the methods and bases of the influence upon stabilization and increasing to efficiency production mechanism economic, economic and inwardly economic regularity in agrarian sector of the country, region, separate agricultural enterprise. Scientific novelty: for the first time: theoretically and methodological is motivated distribution and interaction mechanism regularity of the processes of the reconstitution in agrarian sector (economic, economic, market and inwardly economic) that enables to define the economic bases at a rate of state, enterprise and their subsection; it is advanced: essence and structure mechanism of the reconstitution processes regularity in agricultural enterprise for the reason determinations of the taxonomic criterion for determination of the methods of the influence upon increasing of efficiency production; have found the following development: methodology of the shaping primary group in composition large commodity enterprise with provision for interest of the producers-owner and lessee. Degree of the introduction: resultsto thesis are introduced in facilities Harikovskoy area and Ukraine. Efficiency: will promote the improvement a mechanism economic regularity agro shaping.
