Essay

Dissertation is devoted to problems, methodical developments and theoretical re-search of forming mechanism of sustainable development of machine-building enter-prises. Detailed analysis of current state of Ukrainian economy was carried out. Trends of machine-building sector development and problems of machine-building enterprises development were revealed. New term "super potential of enterprise" was introduced to scientific circulation and was substantiated. Conceptual foundations of sustainable development management at machine-building enterprises were proposed based on use of system management principles. A model of determination of period to move to new product was elaborated. Methodological foundations of enterprises sustainability diag-nostics were developed with the usage of math methods. Methodological foundations of diagnostics of strategic directions development forming and devolvement of warn-ing strategy were worked out. Methods of operational regulation of production proc-esses at an enterprise were elaborated with a help of operograms. Theoretical founda-tions of enterprise crisis-proof program were defined and methodical ensuring of its forming was proposed. Mechanisms of system management development were proposed and theoreti-cally grounded on the basis of strategy development and reallocation of functional re-sponsibilities oriented to increase of sustainability of enterprise.
