Essay

The dissertation is devoted to development of approaches to creation of a new medical technology of pulmonary tuberculosis patients' treatment. In the dissertation the modern condition of a problem of tuberculosis treatment by isoniazid is resulted and all negative consequences connected to overdose, collateral action, and resistance are shown. The expediency of an establishment of an optimum ratio of isoniazid's dozes and vitamin В6 is proved. Toxicometric parameters of isoniazid's action and pyridoxine hydrochloride are determined. The optimum ratio of preparations at which the degree of defeat of porpoises' bodies is the least is established. It is offered to increase a doze of vitamin В6 almost by a factor of 5 in view of isoniazid's permanent doze.
