Object: processes of internationalization of activity of industrial enterprises. Aim: ground of conceptual theoretical-methodological principles of transformation of economic relations of region and grant of methodical recommendations on their optimization in the conditions of socio-economic changes on boundary territories of the state. Methods: system, economic-mathematical, statistical. Results: a concept is first formulated and the economic essence of internationalization of activity of enterprises is exposed in the process of globalization of economy, the resource-branch model of internationalization of activity of enterprises is offered.
