Chornyy G. Management processes in farm holdings of Ukraine

Object of research: set of administrative processes in the agricultural enterprises, the enterprises on service of agrarian manufacture and processing of production of an agriculture. The purpose of research: disclosing of an internal objective basis and a deepening of the technological maintenance of administrative processes and development of ways and ways of their improvement in the agrarian enterprises. Methods: the dialectic approach to the administrative phenomena, is abstract-logic, monographic, statistical-economic, system-comparative, the analysis and synthesis, sociоmetric, expert estimations, predicting, settlement-analytical, modeling. Theoretical and practical results: the objective basis of administrative processes is opened, their technological maintenance is profound, the new system of knowledge on agrarian management is offered. Ways of improvement of administrative processes in the agrarian enterprises are processed. Scientific novelty: on the basis of the objective maintenance of administrative processes new classifications of functions on management, administrative methods and styles are offered. The new methodical approach to laws of management is processed. The maintenance of methods of a management, concept " discipline of work ", moral stimulus to work is advanced and profound. A degree of introduction: results of research are used by a centre of science-methodical of agrarian formation of Ukraine, Central administrative board of an agriculture and the foodstuffs Vinnitsa regional state administrations, management of agroindustrial development Nemyriv regional state administrations, in educational process of Vinnitsa and Kherson state agrarian universities. Efficiency: use of results of research will render direct influence on formation of an official style of work of heads and experts of the agrarian enterprises that defines final parameters of their activity. Sphere, area of use: the agrarian enterprises, regional and regional bodies of the Ministry of an agrarian policy of Ukraine, higher educational institutions of agrarian formation of Ukraine.
