Essay

The manuscript is devoted to the actual scientific problem - to reduce the maternal and infantile morbidity and mortality rate from the purulent-inflammatory diseases (PID) in obstetrics by work out the system of the treatment and prophylactic measures and application of the new methods of this pathology treatment. On the basis of our researches we have worked out and implimented the system of treatment and prophylactic measures in obstetrics PID and analised its efficiency in Donetsk region, it was noted: the reducing of maternal mortality rate in 3,06 times, the infantile death rate from intrauterus infections - in 1,47 times; the frequencies of PID after caesarean sections - in 10 times; the chronic intrauterus fethus hypoxia - in 1,73 times; the fethus RDS - in 3,03 times; the perinatal damage of CNS - in 1,3 times and the realization of intrauterus infection - on 13,46 %.
