Gusarev S. Legal activity: methodological and theoretical aspects.

The dissertation is devoted to development of the basic rules of the theory of legal activity. Methodological base of researches of legal activity as phenomenon, the level of development of the problem and modern approaches to definition of concept are revealed. The legal activity is determined as a kind of legal activity, which is carried out on a professional basis by the lawyers. Its structurally functional characteristic is explained and some elements of the content are analyzed. The sphere of practical activity of the lawyers is considered, which is related to solving of concrete legal cases, and kinds of legal activity, basic tasks, principles, function are determined. The legal activity is also studied in applied aspect, considering the analysis of development of legal system in Ukraine. The idea of close interrelation between attributes of a legal system and specific features of legal activity is proved. The major problems of realization of separate kinds of legal work, and also the way of their removal are analyzed. It is underlined possible prospects of development of a legal business in Ukraine, considering the nature of development of a national legal system. The attention is given to specific features of legal activity depending on different national legal systems.
