Essay

The principle of training teachers for the methodical activity concerning the paradigmal approach to the teaching work is basically proved in the project. On basis of principles of adaptation, acmeology and androgology a special system of methodical training of physics teachers is developed. The system is oriented for developing of teachers’ mental, technological and personal level of readiness. The aspect of teaching activity connected with projecting the pedagogical surroundings is worked out in the given project.
