Essay

The dissertation deals with solving of a actual scientific problem - improvement of differential and diagnostic tactic of patients management and increasing of efficiency of treatment and prophylaxis in chronic lupus erythematosus (CLE) basing on estimation of tissue metabolism disorders in lupus erythematosus (LE). Clinical, laboratory, morphological, immunohistochemical studies have shown the great number of tissue disturbances, the processes of lipid peroxidation and antioxidant protection, physicochemical properties of blood, pro- and atiinflammatory cytokin system changes in lupus erythematosus LE. Comparative diagnostics of CLE, system lupus erythematosus (SLE) patients with skin syndrome and without dermatological manifestations has authentically revealed the most expressed biochemical, physicochemical changes of blood, disorders of the cytokin system in the presence of a skin syndrome in SLE, testifies to the importance of dermatological disorders in the degree of metabolic changes in LE. The correlative interrelation of the clinical parameters of CLE course severity and laboratory changes has allowed to determine disease course prognostic criteria. An increase in efficiency of medical approach to this disease has been achieved by metabolic action remedies - antioxidative and anticytokin preparations in the complex of CLE patients treatment.
