Essay

The dissertation is the complex research of the political modernisation processes in Latin America. It is carried out at the end of XX - beginning ХХІ of centuries in a context of democratic transformations. The author analyses general-theoretical questions and methodological approaches to political modernization which are submitted in a political science. Proceeding from a modern condition of research development of a problem, author's definitions of essence and concepts of political modernisation, democracy, democratisation are given. On the basis of big factology, a scientific material and system analysis of internal and external conditions of public transformations, genesis of political systems of countries of Latin America, change of the form of political system, development of parliamentary forms of board and management is carried out, process of acceptance of new Constitutions and regulations of cоnstitution-legislative space, the concept of differentiation of the authority branches in a contextof becoming of new statehood. Formation and activity of political institutes are investigated. It is proved, that the greatest successes of the country have achieved because of political modernisation. Rotation of imperous party coalitions occured in the countries frequently. The authority of parties of the governmental coalition and their support by electorate, were directly determined by results of activity of these parties, how they solved internal social and economic problems and protected interests of the states in region. Multi-party system became the determining factor of internal and foreign policy of the countries, construction of the democratic states and becoming a civil society.
