Тhe dissertation is devoted to a problem hypogalactia at women with risk factors. The purpose of work is decrease in frequency hypogalactia on the basis of studying clinical-morphological, biochemistrical and endocrinological factors in patogenesise, and also development and introductions prognostical and treatment-and-prophylactic actions. New aspects patogenesise hypogalactia which consist in participation lympfoidal cells in development cytotoxical reactions are investigated, and killer activity of leukocytes is closely connected to their ability to adhesion on a surface cells that allows to assume, that intensive reaction of cells lympfoidal at physiological current of a lactation results systems in fast removal of the destroyed cells from a cavity of alveoluses and channels dairy glands. It is shown, that qualitative changes of chest milk at women with risk factors hypogalactia depend on a way delivery and the M and G are characterized after cesarean sections authentic decrease in the maintenance of lactose, lactoferrine, ceruloplazmine, transferrine, the common fiber, casein, lipides, vitamins C and Е, and also antibodies of classes A. The ambassador labour qualitative changes of chest milk have less expressed character and consist in authentic reduction of a level lactoferrine, the common fiber, lipides and an antibody of a class of A. All has in aggregate allowed to develop and introduce stage-by-stage practical recommendations and algorithm of actions of the doctor on decrease in frequency hypogalactia at women with risk factors.
