. The dissertation is devoted to the development of low-cost technologies, methods, ways and devices aimed at increasing ecological safety of running heat power units and systems. On the basis of theoretical and experimental researches, system analysis of the impact of various factors and parameters of operating fuel burning power units on the environment, mathematical models of harmful emissions control were developed, databanks of these emissions from boilers and combustors were compiled. A universal criterion of ecological safety of power units and principle of ecological balance of heat power field development were suggested. The fundamentals of national monitoring and implementation of economic instruments of ecological regulation of power production, on the basis of a unified tariffication mechanism for the fuel and energy system were proposed. Low-cost technology of harmful emissions minimization was developed at the expense of the complex optimization of technological parameters of various types of units, as well as the unified, ecologically and high-performance pipe technology of fuel burning. In this dissertation the data on the efficiency of the developments implementation at real operating units are given.
