Object of the research: ulcerous illness of duodenum with concomitant functional cardiopatia Purpose of the research: to expose at students suffering by a Нр-positive duodenal ulcer with concomitant functional cardiopatia, mechanism of including of psychosomatic disorders in the local factors of ulcerogenesis and taking into ac-count the exposed violations to develop the differentiated approach to antiulcer therapy. Methods of the research: klinical, instrumental, biochemical, morphological, psychological. Practical importance of the received results: It is well-proven that the offered complex of klinik-laboratory researches it is possible to use as the marker of prognosis, weights of flow of ulcer disease and possibilities of forming of concomitant functional cardiopatia at students. It is well-proven that complex research of psychosomatic status, level of central regulators of stress, indexes, POL and АОP allows to develop the most optimum plan of both medical and prophylactic measures. It is setthatsupervision in a dynamics after the spectrum of the studied indexes it is possible to use as objective estimation of efficiency of the conducted antiulcer therapy. It is well-proven that the developed tactic of the differentiated correction of psychosomatic disorders with the additional including of sulpirid or dalargin in the standard chart of antihelicobacter therapy of duodenal ulcer at students, including persons with concomitant functional cardiopatia, is nosotropic grounded and clinically justified. It is well-proven that estimation of psychosomatic disorders on results the mark of questionnaires-questionnaires is objective enough, does not require material expenses and can be widely used in clinical practice at the inspection and treatment of patients of ulcer disease. Scientific novelty of the received results: In-process studied and first formulated on the basis of complex research of psychosomatic status of patients from data of questionnaires, states of melatonin-serotonin and noradrenalin-?-endorfin systems taking into account acidity of gastric juice, level of products POL and АОP conception of mechanism of including of psychosomatic disorders in the process of forming of local factors of ulcerogenesis at students with duodenal ulcer disease, including at presence of concomitant functional cardiopatia. The features of mechanism of including of psychosomatic disorders are exposed in pathogeny of forming of ulcer depending on predominance at the sick excitable (due to the increase of factors of aggression of gastric juice) or brakes (due to activating of processes POL and declines of АОP) lines of personality and presence of concomitant functional cardiopatia. It is well-proven that the exposed more deep changes in the spectrum of activating of processes POL and declines of АОP at the patients of duodenal ulcer disease with concomitant functional cardiopatia of provoked by a psychosomatic factor, testify to participation of oxidizing stress not only in pathogeny of forming of ulcer but also in the mechanism of development of concomitant functional cardiopatia. The new nosotropic ground of expedience of including of sulpirid (by a patient with the presence of brakes lines of personality) or dalargin (by a patient with the excitable type of personality) is given in the complex chart of antihelicobacter therapy of ulcer disease. It is well-proven that differentiated the conducted correction of psychosomatic disorders on the early stages of forming of ulcer disease, especially at presence of concomitant functional, substantially promotes quality of life of students.
