Essay

The object of study – Alan-Bulgarian population midst, North -Western Khazar, forest-steppe Podonye-Pridonechye, which was some political, ethno-cultural and social integrity in Khazar time. The purpose of study is realization of historical reconstruction, creation of probable structural model of existence especial ethno-political community, included in structure of Khazar Kaganate. The methods used in the research are: method of induction, comparative-typological, cartographical, interconnected methods of criticism of the contents of a source and comparative criticism of sources of a different origin, retrospective and method of historical modeling. The practical value of work consists in use of the received results during the further development of problems connected to a history of Khazar Kaganate, Ancient Rus’ nomadic peoples of East Europe. The facts, systematized during criticism of written sources, can be used for creation of reader or anthologies. The materials of the dissertation can be used by preparation of university courses "Archeology", "Ethnology", "Histories of the Middle Ages ". Thesis is devoted to study the historical processes that took place in the end of VII – third quarter of X centuries in Alan-Bulgarian population midst, North -Western Khazar, forest-steppe Podonye-Pridonechye. The history of this region is considered in the context of military-political and government structures of Khazar Kaganate and also hand in glove with existing there system of social and economic relations and trade routes. It is obvious that such an approach makes us to choose broader context of historic and ethnic-genetic processes that took place in Eastern Europe in the end of VII – third quarter of X centuries.
