Essay

Thesis is devoted to the research of the complex influence of welding fumes and labour severity at welders' health markers. It is proved that some fractions of the solid component of welding fumes have different ability to penetrate and stop down in some segments of respiratory system. The total mass and dispersive compound of the particles of welding fumes solid component that stopped down on some segments of respiratory system depend on work severity, that affects the amount of consumed dust dose. Anthropometric data and age of a welder play important role in the formation of dust load. Built mathematical modes allow to determine the value of consumed dust dose taking into account factors mentioned above by means of omputational methods. The connection between general and cardiorespiratory bioage and the level of general morbidity rate and also morbidity rate of respiratory and cardiovascular system is established. New models for the estimation of general and cardiorespiratory bioage were created. For the first time the dependence between general bioage and span of future life expectancy of welders of semi-automatic and manual electric arc welding of ferrous metals was investigated and estimation of their health risk based on this was proposed.
