The thesis investigates the features of gestation process at different forms of viral hepatitis and nosologies, which most often accompany them, and also the ways of prognostication, prophylaxis and medical treatment of obstetric complications at women with viral hepatitis. Complications of gestation period are determined (in the scientific research), most often accompanying different viral hepatitis at pregnancy. The system of obstetric help to the women who suffered or suffer from hepatitis is offered. The system contains new, accessible for the practical health care, screening programs of pathogenetic factors of risk, prophylaxis and medical treatment of pathological flow of pregnancy and births. It is considered to be a new direction of the modern obstetrics directed on reduction of perinatal losses. The offered scheme of obstetric care helps to reduce the frequency of complications of gestation process on 31%.
