Essay

Analysis of 494 victims with traumatical injuries of lever and experimental modeling of lever trauma is adduced by the author. The obtained data are evidence in victims with several trauma of lever demounstrate negative results stipulated by high freguency of complications and considerable lethality. Using of developed surgical tactics in victims allowed to decrease guantity of complications from 29,2% to 20,7% and postoperative lethality from 17,2% to 8,4%, i.e. in 1,4 and 2,0 times correspondingly.By the study of influence of experimental trauma of lever on ultrastructure of hepatocytes it was found out presence of dystrophical and destructive changes of hepatocytes. The dissertation work shows new approaches in solution of scientific problem of traumatical injuries of lever that provide decreasing of guantity and lethality by means of improvement of surgical treatment of victims on the basis of using of developed surgical tactics.
