The object is the femoro-popliteal-tibial segment (FPTS) reocclusion; the purpose is to improve the results of FPTS reocclusion surgical treatment; the methods are general-clinical, laboratory, instrumental, statistical methods; the new approach lies in investigation of the results of surgical treatment of reocclusions and in their comparison with the results of primary reconstructions; the results include angiographical classification of FPTS damage, the algorithm of surgical treatment method choosing; all this thesis has been introduced into the surgical clinics of Regional Hospitals and into educational process on Medical Faculty; the field is Surgery.
