Essay

The thesis is devoted to the study of psychological foundations for the becoming and development of future rescuers' autoregulation during their learning and upbringing at a specialist higher education institution. The author carried out a theoretical analysis and substantiated the conceptualization of the personality's autoregulation in the activities under extremal circumstances. The model of autoregulation subject structure has been suggested. The specificity of individual as well as collective and group actions as factors that are both prerequisites and mechanisms for the functioning of autoregulation under the extremal circumstances of an activity has been unfolded. The interdependence between the process for autoregulation becoming in the personality and its spiritual potential has been proven at a theoretical and empirical levels. That is crucial for enriching theoretical fundamentals of studies of the personality as an integral system. The algorithm for teleonomic formation of future rescuers' autoregulation in the activities under extremal circumstances has beea put forward.
