Essay

The experimental study of the role of factors of the immune system and non-specific resistans, in particular inflammatory cytokines, in the changes of energy metabolism and initiation of apoptosis of immunocytes and cardiomiocytes at immobilization stress, the correction of stress injuries have been provided in the thesis. The new methods of determining of cell functional state based on the processes of their spontaneous and induced apoptosis have been suggested and clinically tested.
