The work is dedicated to the pathogenetic basing and elaboration of the complex of prognostic,diagnostic, treatment and preventive measures arrangements during pathological preliminary period. It is the first time when a conception of pathological preliminary period was worked out as a problem of failure elasticity of the organism.There were established diagnostic criteria’s and risk factors of prognostication of pathological preliminary period and powerless labor on it’s basis.In these work we developed fundamentally new approaches to the preventive measures and treatment of the pathological preliminary period with the usage of up-to-date technologies of diagnostic, prognostication and therapy.
