In the process of multiyear investigations the author researched the dynamics of the main infection source - the scab casual agent ascomycetous phasedevelopment in keeping with the apple phenophases, elaborated mathematical models for the prognosis of the ascomycetous spores ripening beginning terms and development as well as the disease display depending on weather conditions, and also of determining its influence on fruits mass and marketable quality studied the scab development peculiarities depending on irrigation methods, planting density and tree crown, normalized the scale and developed the instrument for determining the periods of plants infecting by the disease causative organism. The researches showed the purposefulness of the combined contact and systemic fungicides use for the prophylaxis of the scab casual organism fungicide resistance display. The dissertant investigated the new fungicides efficiency against apple diseases. The criterion of the protective measures affectivity estimation was determined and phenoprognostic system of the apple protection from scab and other diseases developed. It is for the first time that absolutely new original researches were carried out concerning the apple biological protection from scab based on the usage of the microbial antagonism and experimental biofungicides patters elaborated.
