Industrial and civil construction and engineering systems. Organizational – technological maintenance of the reliability and safe operation of buildings and constructions. Conception and scientifically proved methods of the prevention and restoration according to normative and technical requirements at the minimal resource expenses. Researches of existing system of operation of the buildings and constructions operation representations of their parameters as economic — technical models, adequately together with describing system of operation are executed; parameters and criteria used for an estimation of the buildings /construction/ engineering systems work capacity are revealed and classified. Economic benefit of introduction of researches results makes 10 mln.grn. Sphere of use are the civil engineering.
