The thesis is devoted to peculiarities of reproductive system in women with a scar on the womb with various etiology, as well as to possibilities for reducing the gynaecological sickness rate, obstetrical and perinatal pathology. The purpose of the thesis is to reduce the frequency and level of development of the reproductive system pathology, obstetrical and perinatal complications in women with an operated womb on the basis of studying the clinical, functional, morphological, endocrine and microbiological aspects, as well as elaboration and implementation of an algorithm for prognostic, medical and prophylactic measures. It has been established that the major clinical symptoms of the pathology in reproductive system in women after the Cesarean operation are a pain syndrome, breaks in menstrual cycle, dyspareunia, decline in sexual activity, violation of micro-biocenose of genital tracts and neuroendoctrinal symptoms, the frequency of major clinical developments increasing during the two years after the delivery. Echographic peculiarities of pelvis minor organs condition, thyroid and mammary glands, endocrine status and microbiocenose of genital tracts in women with an operated womb have been determined.Interconnection between clinical, echographic, endocrine and microbiological peculiarities in women who have been delivered by abdominal section and have endured a conservative myomectomy has been established. Aspects of clinical development of pregnancy, deliveries and conditions of newly-born babies in women with a scar on the womb after the Cesarian operation and conservative myomectomy have been studied. Peculiarities of the formation and functional state of the pheto-placental complex in women with an operated womb have been established. An algorithm of prognostic, medical, and prophylactic measures in women with a scar on the womb after the Cesarian operation and conservative myomectomy has been developed and implemented with the aim of reducing the frequency of the reproductive system pathology andimproving perinatal consequences of delivery
