Stebluyk V. A pathogenetic substantiation of application of the physical factors in complex rehabilitation treatment of the patients with psychophysical desadaptosis

The researches of mental and emotial sphere, vegetative balance, hormonal and immune homeostasis, sexuality and features of pain perception have allowed to develop models of a pathogenesis of the psychophysical desadaptosis. According to the given model, in a pathogenetic psychophysical desadaptosis the conducting role belongs to infringements of balance a stress-realizing and stress-limiting of systems as a result of disharmony of pheno-genotypical features of an organism in counteraction to the stresses-factors of excessive force or duration. By realization of pathological process is the attrition of neuro-mental, neurovegetative, neuroimmune and neuroendocrinal mechanisms of adaptation with secondary illness reaction. For rehabilitation of patients with desadaptosis are offered a medicamental complex (preparations GABA, melatonin, Erbisol), physiotherapeutic (electro-dream, electroanalgesia, normalbaric hypoxitherapia, non-selective phototherapia), psychotherapeutic methods (with training, family psychotherapy), kinesitherapy, massage, and as sanatorium treatment (climatotherapy, radon-therapy, thalassotherapy). As a result of the analysis of dynamics of clinics and laboratory datas and social results is proved, that the efficiency of a complete out-patient - sanatorium complex of treatment in 2,7 times is higher than efficiency of an out-patient treatment and in 4,5 times above only of medicamental treatment.
