The thesis is devoted to the solving of the scientific problem - decreasing of frequency of gestational and perinatal complications in women with associated viral bacterial infection by working out and implemen-tation of the system of therapeutic preventive measures and evaluation of their efficacy. On the basis of the investigations done the programme rehabilitation treatment and prevention of complications at AI and evaluation of its efficacy is worked out and implemented; it is marked: decreasing of pregnancy losses in 1,76, frequency of gestational complications - in 2,1; severity of infectious process - in 2,45; asphyxia of newborns - in 2,82; RDSF - in 3,25; severe forms of neonatal infection - in 3,72 times.
