Gaystruk N. Antenatal Protection of Fetus in Pregnant Women with Hypertensive Disorders (pathogenesis, diagnostics, prognostics and treatment)

The dissertation is dedicated to the investigation of certain mechanisms of development of fetus growth disorders' occurrence, to evaluation of impact of psychoemotional state and neuroendocrinal adaptation upon pregnancy, childbirth, as well as to development of the prognostics system for placentary insufficiency and efficacious therapy of arterial hypertension in pregnant women with the purpose of antenatal protection of fetus and prophylactics of perinatal complications. A differentiated prophylactic complex therapy for pregnant women with placentary insufficiency we have introduced appeared to be efficient enough, for it has caused a decrease in intrauterine growth retardation, placentary insufficiency, intrauterine hypoxia down to 10,9 ± 3,6%, 15,1 ± 5,2% and 25,5 ± 4,0% accordingly, provided improvement of neurohumoral condition, metabolic, oxidation-restorative processes, stabilized morphologic and histochemical changes and, finally, restored the changed expression of pro - and antiapoptosis receptors in placentas of women with arterial hypertension.
