Object - illnesses breast in pregnants and reconvalescents after purulent mastitises; sharp inflammatory diseases breast in women and experimental animals in the postnatal period. The purpose - to improve results of treatment of patients with a postnatal mastitis and its complications by optimization screening, diagnostic, treatment and rehabilitation actions. Methods - experimental; clinical; laboratory; microbiological; radial; morphological; mathematical. Novelty - for the first time by complex clinico-echographo-morphological diagnostics is investigated frequency and structure of a pathology breast in pregnant; for the first time in experiment at a cellular level the morpho-functional essence lactostasis is revealed; the phenomena are found and mechanisms of a sensitization are opened by own milk which have essential value for occurrence and the further development of inflammatory reaction; For the first time to long-term bacteriological supervision with use of a computer databank it is proved, that maternity hospitals are stable microbiotops where circulate epidemiological strains of staphylococcus, and microbiological monitoring promotes improvement antibioticotherapy; operation is offered conserved at infiltrations of breast on a background of a lactation which reduces duration and reduces traumatically operative intervention, allows to keep parenchyma, to avoid cosmetic defects. Results - frequency of a pathology of breast in pregnant is revealed, necessity of carrying out mammological screening among them is proved; scientifically proved optimum medical - diagnostic algorithm is offered in lactostasis; the common and comparative mathematical analysis of traditional methods of surgical treatment of postnatal mastitises is lead.
