Object – condition of a syndrome of endotoxicosis, processes of an inflammation, antioxidant-prooxidant systems, processes immunological reactance and cytochemistry ferment activity during the different periods of current psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, pemphigus vulgaris and during complex endoecological therapy with included biocorrectional medical enterosorbent silix; methods - clinical, bio-chemical, immunological, cytochemistry,laboratory,statistical; novelty - for the first time are established close directly proportional and backproportional correlation communications of parameters ?-ESR, antioxidant-prooxidant systems, cytochemistry ferment activity with parameters endoecological intoxica-tions; it is proved, that the parameter electricsendimentation potential can serve as additional diagnostic criterion for recognition of the minimal degree of activity of an inflammation at heavy and chronic widespread dermatosis; for the first time it is proved, that to one of the reasons of increase of a parameter electricsendimentation potential at patients of psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, pemphigus vulgaris decrease in electric potential of membranes erythrocyte is; the complex method endoecological enterosorbential therapies of patients in view of results of the profound research endotoxical is developed; results - are advanced methods of treatment of patients heavy and chronic widespread dermatosis; branch – medicine.
