Podustov M. Еcologically safety resources-safing technological processes and the eguipment in the production of surfactant

Object: ecological safety of technological processes and ecological state of environment of production superficially-active substances (SAS). Purpose: development of theoretical bases and practical decisions of creation of resource-saving and ecologically safe technological processes and equipment in SAS production. Methods: system analysis of the state of ecological safety, mathematical simulation of technological processes. Theoretical and practical results: on the basis of experiment equations were got for the calculation of vehicles, the mathematical models of processes were developed, estimation of level ecological security of production SAS was carried out, a process flowsheet of ecologically safe production SAS was developed. Novelty: scientific bases of creation ecologically safe production SAS were developed. Degree of introduction: the process of sulfating of organic raw material was introduced at the Volgodonsk chemical plant, the experimentally-industrial parties of new cleansers and foam compound were produced at the Shebekynskij chemical plant with increasable ecological indexes, in the educational process of NTU "KhPI", PC of "UkrNIIKhymmash", GNII MINDIP and NIOKHIM was used.
