It was shown, that in pregnant with leiomyoma of uterus many serious complications took place (threatening abortion in 78,8 % of women, preeclampsia – in 25 %, fetal distress – in 67,3 %, placental insufficiency in 67,6 %). The interrelation was stated between the incidence of complications development,number of leiomatosis nodules in uterus and position of placenta correspondingly to nodules.The worked out complex of treatment-prophylactic measures is efficient and improves the period of main disease, parameters of homeostasis and reproductive function rehabilitation of women.
