An object is reparative processes in the chronic ulcer and wound defects (ChUWD) of lower extremities and methods of their correction with application of cell and tissues technologies; the purpose is to improve the results of treatment of lower extremities ChUWD patients on the basis of studying of their morphological and functional features. It is to develop the complex treatment system with the use of cell and tissues technologies; the methods are general clinical, instrumental, cell cultures, histological, immunological, immunohistochemical, cytological, virological, bacteriological, statistical; the novelty - firstly: the conception about universality of morphological, functional and proliferative changes of ChUWD cell populations regardless of the etiology on the certain stage of development of tissue defect is formulated; the morphological and functional features of lower extremities ChUWD cell populations are studied; the in vitro proliferative potential of ChUWD cell populations is determined;the use of cell and tissue technologies in complex treatment of ChUWD is grounded; the classification of chronic ulcer and wound defects is developed according to a depth and to the damaged area; the complex of cell and tissue technologies is developed for lower extremities ChUWD treatment; the algorithm of cell and tissue technologies using is developed in complex treatment of ChUWD of lower extremities with the study of its medical efficiency; the results: the developed classification of ChUWD according to a depth and to the damaged area allowed to make an adequate estimation of local tissue defect heaviness degree; the offered algorithm of morphological research for prediction of ChUWD conservative treatment efficiency; the developed algorithm of cell and tissue technologies application for standardizing as both medical techniques and tactical approaches to chronic ulcer and wound defect local treatment; the developed and inculcated complex of diagnostic and medical measures allowed to improve in 1,2 timesthe results of ChUWD conservative treatment; the use of surgical tactic in combination with cell and tissue technologies allowed to attain the healing in 88,9% patients, with these patients on the previous stages the healing of chronic wound or ulcer was not succeeded; the offered tactic and methods of treatment allowed to reduce the number of unsatisfactory results in 2,3 times, to decrease the middle terms of treatment in 1,26 times and the number of relapses in 1,4 times in comparing to the traditional surgical methods; it is inculcated - in medical practices, in an educational process; the sphere is a medicine.
