The dissertation is devoted to a problem of mixed TORCH-infections of pregnants and newborns. The new parts of obstetrical and perinatal complications pathogenesis are investigated including the parameters of phoeto-placental complex function, immunity, haemostasis and erythron systems, microbiological and viral status of pregnats with mixed TORCH-infections. The peculiarities of obstetrical and perinatal complications clinical current, degrees of their heaviness and interrelations between itself are discovered. The clinical efficiency of prophylactic - treatment -reabilitative system at pregnants and newborns with mixed TORCH-infections is determined. To reduce the level and degree of heaviness of obstetrical and perinatal complications at women with mixed TORH-infections practical recommendations based on pathogenetik - proved therapy are developed and introduced.
