3. The dissertation deals with the problems of raising the efficacy of treating and preventing allergodermatoses. At the time of the acute condition of allergodermatoses it was possible to establish changes of the circadian rhythms of the hypophysial-thyroid system, as well as imbalance and desynchronosis of the parameters of oxidant-antioxidant Homeostasis, and proved the regulating influence of the rhythmic activity of the thyroid gland on the state of oxidant-antioxidant homeostasis in these patients. Different modes of treatment of allergodermatoses based on a chronodeterminated use of antioxidant agents and combined laser therapy, which brings about a normalizing and synchronizing effect on the state of oxidant-antioxidant homeostasis and of the circadian rhythms of the thyroid hormones, as well as shortens the terms of treatment and reduces the recurrence rate of allergic dermatoses.
